The room, though small, was clean and well-furnished with practical IKEA pieces. The nearby trail provided a serene backdrop for our outdoor explorations.The property's proximity to Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie and Grands-Jardins national parks was a significant advantage, as we enjoyed easy access to nature. While the absence of AC may deter some, the mountainous region kept the room pleasantly cool during our visit. The free WiFi offered decent connectivity, and the on-site restaurant served satisfying meals, including fantastic pizzas.Maison Chez Laurent provided a good balance between luxury and value. With its convenient location, reasonable prices, and thoughtful amenities, it's an ideal choice for travelers seeking a practical yet pleasant stay in the charming town of Baie-St-Paul.
